Project Overview
Luxe Properties International is a luxury real estate brokerage dealing in high-end residential and commercial properties. They needed a website that would serve as a digital showroom, allowing prospective buyers to explore properties through immersive virtual tours, detailed neighborhood insights, and direct communication with agents.
The Challenge
Luxury real estate buyers expect a premium digital experience that matches the quality of the properties. The website needed to load quickly despite heavy visual content, provide smooth 3D virtual tours, and integrate with the brokerage's existing Salesforce CRM. The search system needed to handle complex queries combining location, price, amenities, and lifestyle preferences.
Our Solution
We built the platform with Next.js on Vercel for edge-optimized performance. Property listings are managed through Sanity CMS with a custom authoring experience for agents. Virtual tours use Three.js for smooth 3D rendering with progressive loading. Mapbox provides interactive neighborhood maps with Points of Interest overlays. The Twilio integration enables instant lead notifications and scheduled property viewings.
